Scan of OJS shows potential malware

I scan my OJS with quttera.com malware scanner, only one journal infected Malware.

i dont know how to remove this. here the screenshot quttera.com report

Hi @Muhammad_Khoiruddin,

OJS 3.2.1-1 is long out of date and no longer maintained (including for security). I would recommend upgrading to the latest 3.3.0-x or 3.4.0-x release.
