I put a question on the evaluation form, and not marked the option

  • Included in the message to the author
    The answer to this question was not recovered in the evaluation report.

How can I get the answer to this question of the evaluators in the 500 suibmissões we had at our event?

Hi @David,

You can still read those responses as Editor, they’re just not included when composing a message to the Author. If you want them to be available for inclusion in the message to the author, you’ll have to modify that form element in the database; see the included column of the review_form_elements table. We don’t permit modification of the review forms via the interface once they’re active, as this affects the record.
