Problem with ORCID plugin in OPS (authorize ORCIDs)

Dear PKP,
We are trying to get authors to authorize their ORCIDs in the OPS, but it’s not possible.
The images show the actions performed and the error that prevents authorization.

Hi @AMAURY_PEREZ_MARTINE,

I’m not clear on the error you mention - are you seeing spinning or it not saving when you click “Save”? If so, that indicates that you should check your PHP error logs to get a better sense of what is causing this (you can then post your PHP error log messages here)
