Dear OJS Support Team, I am encountering an issue in OJS 3.4.0.6 when trying to add an author’s ORCID iD in the Add Contributor section. Each time I enter a valid ORCID iD, I receive the following error message: “An unexpected error has occurred. Please reload the page and try again.” However, when I enter a non-ORCID value, the system correctly detects that it is not an ORCID. This suggests that the ORCID validation mechanism is working, but there might be an issue with processing valid ORCID iDs. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
