Migrate all data(database and files(old journals)) from 3.3 ojs version to newly installed ojs 3.4

Describe the issue or problem

• we have new version of ojs 3.4 installed in our server i need to migrate old files and data from ojs 3.3 version to new version of ojs 3.4 both data and files(journals). or please provide best option to implement.
