I found out that in lib/pkp/locale/sr_RS@latin there is file languages.xml and that instead of showing options for
sr_RS@latin and sr_RS@cyrillic it shows options from probably older version of OJS as on image below:
Please advise which changes should be made.

Those codes (e.g. sr) are not the same as the OJS codes (e.g. sr_RS@latin). These ones come from the ISO 639-1 standard.

Yes, but name is not Serbo-Croatian. I suppose thare should be Serbian Latin and Serbian Cyrillic.
