Issue with uploading .docx files

Hello,

We are currently experiencing uploading .docx files, and this was not an issue about a week ago. We can upload the .doc and pdf files though. Has anyone experienced such issues recently?

I am using ojs 2.4.2.

Hi @sofia,

OJS doesn’t care what kind of file you upload, so you’re likely experiencing something to do with either a file size limit (see the OJS FAQ for information on this), or a file permission problem in your files directory.

Dear Sofia, Looks like the issue with godaddy hosting as we are not able to upload .docx into the godaddy server, we tested this with a simple php script out of OJS. However godaddy is still struggling to find the root-cause and fix this. If you find any solution please update us. Regards, Team TIJRP.

I’m experiencing a similar issue. I can upload pdf and html files but no able to upload files .doc or .docx (size 3 Mb).
