Falling to Deposit DOI in Crossref

Describe the issue or problem
Dear community, I have a trouble with the crossref plug-in. When I try to deposit an article here is the error I got:
Error: cvc-pattern-valid: Value ‘10.52057/’ is not facet-valid with respect to pattern ‘10.[0-9]{4,9}/.{1,200}’ for type ‘#AnonType_doi’.
Error: cvc-type.3.1.3: The value ‘10.52057/’ of element ‘doi’ is not valid.

It says the value 10.52057/ is not a valid element but this is the DOI I used since the beginning of my journal.

I might have an error in the settings, but I could find where. Is it my setting page:

Additional information
Please add any screenshots, logs or other information we can use to investigate this problem.

This indicates rather that a suffix is missing. You should check in the DOIs menu for articles that don’t have a DOI set, not in the Crossref settings.

Another option is to login in the Crossref Administration console doi.crossref.org and identify the submission using the submission id given above.
However, be prepared that the interface of the Crossref Administration console is pretty cumbersome.
