Error 500 when there is no changes made

OJS ver 3.4.0.8
PHP ver 8.2

The system was running fine until it gets error 500 for no reasons.
Check with server hosting and their techs said no changes were made prior.
But error log shows:
“/home/xxx/ojs.xxxxx/classes/observers/listeners/error_log” to a full qualified class name in /home/xxx/ojs.xxxxlib/pkp/classes/core/Core.php:511

Can somebody help?

WOW! it worked.

I wonder what would caused the error log file in there and yet there was no changes nor updates made
