An interesting feature, if I may, to include in OJS3 if it is not already the case, is to add options to enable/disable Comments for published papers in OJS3.

For 3.0, commenting will be accomplished using plugins like the Hypothes.is plugin. We’ve opted not to write our own commenting system because of the variety and quality of third-party options, and the ease of integration.

Good to hear that there would be plugins to enrich the functionality of OJS. I am impatient to test it!
