Upgrade from 3.3.0-14 to 3.3.0-20 Probably an issue for all versions.

be upgraded to remind everyone to Check their Plugins and make sure they are upgraded. When the install completes, it turns off those plugins that are not up to date. You have to manually go and update every plugin that says “May be updated” or similar. After they are upgraded, the functionality seems to return as normal.

Also suggest that the installer remind you to check your plugins and reenable those have been shut off due to the upgrade. I believe 2.4.x did this.
