Your account has been disabled for the following reason: Duplicate

Our editor has been getting this error:
Your account has been disabled for the following reason: Duplicate

When the password has been reset by admin and when they login the error then changes to " An unexpected error has occured. Please reload the page and try again"

OJS 3.1.2.4 and PHP 7.1.15

I wonder what might be the issue.

Hi @Bijou,

Someone has manually disabled that user account via the administration interface, and in the “reason for disabling” field, entered the word “Duplicate”. If you edit the user account again and enable it, this problem will be resolved.
