I have some kind of troubles, after 3.1.2.0 now i am using 3211

my account is super-admin. i have only 2 roles assighned to myself. it called “Journal manager”. and “Section manager”

in hournal settings-sections all of this 2 users are assighned

But with this roles, i can’t send submissions to production. i receive message about “You don’t currently have access to that stage of the workflow.”

If i have assighn only 1 role - section editor,- i can publish. but if i have 2 roles, i can’t

why 2 roles are conflicting beetwen itself? in 3120 there was all ok.

Hello @redukr,

It sounds like you may not have your roles configured properly to have the Journal Manager and Section Manager as being setup to access those steps. Try changing your role settings and see if that makes a difference: Users and Roles
