Tengo problemas al querer visualizar un xml, se queda cargando pero nunca se visualiza el archivo

I resume you’re using the Lens plugin, correct? How did you generate the XML? Have you tried validating it with an XML editor or a tool like xmllint?

They have already validated the files however they continue if visualize, in fact test in version 2.4.8 and if the XML can be visualized, the problem is in version 3.0.2

I’m just testing from a local server, then deploying it. The process I do
is load the xml directly into production. I do not know if the procedure is
correct?

That procedure sounds correct, though you haven’t given much detail. I’d suggest trying a known working XML file to see if it’ll function in your environment – try https://raw.githubusercontent.com/asmecher/lensGalley/master/tests/functional/sample.xml.
