Workflow Issue - Cannot Assign Editor in Editor Submission Page

Hi,

I don’t know what the cause is, the editor can’t assign himself for a new submission. Previously no problem. The name of the Journal Editor is not displayed on the submission page even editor has been registered in the roles menu. Please help

Hello @juhirniza,

I just want to clarify some things about your issue: Can other editors be assigned? In the screenshot you posted, it looks like the list of assignable participants is loading - does it ever finish loading?

I have the same issues, it keeps loading and no list of editor appear. Please help.
