Why New User is Disabled in OJS 3.0.2?

I am using OJS 3.0.2 to manage my journals. It was working perfectly fine for the last one year. But now, whenever a new user is created, it is disabled by default. I tried to fix this issue but unfortunately not.
I have to enable the user manually ever time the new user is created.

Please help me to fix this issue.

Do you have in config.inc.php turned option that confirmation mail is requested. So, if it is requested user might be disabled until confirmation is done.

The problem is solved by turning off the confirmation via email.
