Why does the DOI registered through the OJS 3 not send the article's subtitle?

Examples:

  1. journal - crossref
  2. journalcrossref
  3. journalcrossref.

Hi @Portal_Periodicos,

See Issues · pkp/pkp-lib · GitHub this was resolved starting with OJS 3.1.2-2.

Thanks, Alec @asmecher
But, we identified the subtitle in XML, but it was not registered with Crossref. You know why?

Hi @Portal_Periodicos,

If the subtitle is in the XML you’re depositing with CrossRef, but not showing on their site, then I think you have to check with them. It’s possible that I’m misunderstanding you, though.

Hi, Alec,

Thanks. Crossref replied as follows: “our REST API and Metadata Search (search.crossref.org) can take up to a day or two for the metadata update to be reflected. Always refer to the submission log to confirm that a metadata update was successful. Searching at search.crossref.org won’t give you the most update to information”.

Bruno
