Where's the user navi frontent template? OJS 3.1.1

Hi
I’d like to modify the user navigation but I don’t find the responsible template in folder templates/frontend/ . Is it somewhere else? We’re using OJS 3.1.1.

the content you can edit from Settings > Website > Navigation menus.

The code itself is probably in lib/pkp/templates/frontend/
