I am new in the OJS application, to understand all I installed the last version (3.1.1-2) from zero, in the manuals we can find that the admin user (created in installation) when log in the application can find the site settings option, but int this case that option is not visible, what are i doing wrong in the installation?
The “Site Settings” option will only appear if you have more than one journal. Else, if you have only one journal, all settings can be made there via Settings left menu item…
