The website register button not working.

Steps I took leading up to the issue
For example:

  1. Go to the login page (https://jpes.org.pk/index.php/jpes/login?source=%2Findex.php%2Fjpes%2Fworkflow%2Faccess%2F43)
  2. Click on register
  3. See error
