Hi Everyone,

Good Day!

I just want to ask is everyone is experience on this error when they go to the Setting of the Web Feed Plugin, It Pop Up when I click the settings error message “Failed Ajax request or invalid JSON returned.” But in other plugin Setting there is no problem like this

If anyone know about it? Please share your knowledge

Hello Everyone;

On my part, I will solve the case.

Here’s what I do:

I navigate to my server’s root and then to Php MultiPHP Manager → User Domain Settings → PHP Version (mine is 7.4) - > PHP-FPM SETTINGS FOR: mydomain.

Examine this disable function:

and Uncheck: Block domain from changing the setting:

and the it’s pop up.

and the case has been RESOLVED!

But I’m not sure what the negative feedback is on this, but for me, it temporarily solved the error.
