Hi, we are not seeing Views and downloads updating. How long does it take for them to show up, is it in real time? is there a reference in the guide for how to configure? Troubleshoot?

Further to this, we have seen the abstract views overnight change, but not the pdf downloads.
You’ll want to check that either cron or Acron is running the Usage Statistics Loader daily. Views and Downloads are recorded in OJS as “metrics”, and are sourced from the Usage Statistics Logs files. There is some relevant discussion on that here:
