Hello,
When trying to validate with openaire I don’t success. Here is one of the errors I have:

OAI Error(s)

The request could not be completed due to the following error or errors.
Error Code badArgument
Identifier is not in a valid format.

I am in OJS 3.2.0 version.
Thanks for your help.

Hi @cimqusef,

What specific release of OJS are you using, and what version of the OpenAIRE plugin?

Hi @asmecher,
I’m using OJS version: 3.2.0.2, and maybe OpenAIRE Plugin 2.0 (I made the upgrade of the plugin last week).
Thanks

Hi @cimqusef,

Can you check the exact version of the OpenAIRE plugin? It should be visible in the Plugin Gallery, and in the plugin’s installation directory in the version.xml descriptor.

HI @asmecher,
The version of the plugin is v2.0.2.0 released 2020.2.27

Hi @asmecher,
What I don’t understand is that the validation was successful with openarchives, but when I try with openaire I have the error that I told about. Here is the message I received from openarchives:

We received a request to register the following repository:

Base URL: https://journal.amaquen.org/index.php/joqie/oai
adminEmail: …

Summary - success

  • Namespace declared for v2.0 oai-identifiers is ojs2.journal.amaquen.org
  • Uses https URIs (not specified in protocol)
  • Total tests passed: 40
  • Total warnings: 0
  • Total error count: 0
  • Validation status: COMPLIANT

Hi @asmecher,
Please let me know if you find a solution to my problem. Thanks.

Hi @cimqusef,

Please be patient – we’re a small team. The OpenAIRE plugin isn’t written and maintained by the PKP team, and it seems that this problem is specific to the OpenAIRE plugin, so I think you’ll have to contact the author of that plugin to see if they can help.
