Users OJS 3.0.2

Dear community, we have a server with 5 journals in OJS 3.0.2 version and we add a sixth from an OJS 2.4.8. For a few hours it worked fine, but user accounts currently cannot be retrieved from the magazine’s user tab. We can see and retrieve them from the other magazines.
Anyone know what might be happening ? Why doesn’t the user grid show us, but the users can be viewed from the other grids of other magazines?
Any clue can help us and we will greatly appreciate it.

How have you added the sixth journal to the OJS 3.0.2?

Hi @primozs, the content was transferred manually, because the previous version was not used to publish and the articles to be transferred were few. However, users (1.300 accounts) were imported with the System Plugin and as I said, it worked fine for a short time.
