The critical error message appears to be this one:

It appears a composer requirement is expected but not installed for this plugin. You can disable/remove the plugin, or you can complete the installation, probably by running composer --working-dir=plugins/generic/plagiarism update. If you successfully activate the plugin, report back and we can update the plugin documentation with the steps you took.

I suspect you probably downloaded the plugin from the wrong place. Where did you download it from?

I just switched it off and the problem is gone.

If you downloaded it via a Git submodule (or via the “Clone or Download” link in GitHub), you will have a copy without the composer dependencies and you will need to manually add them.

If you download it from the “Releases” page in GitHub, it will include the needed dependencies.

The preferred method of install is through the Plugin Gallery. If your file permissions allow it, installing through the Plugin Gallery should also include the needed dependencies.
