Users cannot access papers in OCS

My users get the following when they try to view papers.

You do not yet have access to this conference’s presentations.

The only roles that can see the papers are conference managers. The others are readers and authors and get the message above.

I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

Hi @RickMath,

Check your Timeline form to ensure that the submissions are configured to be accessible per the dates there.

Yes

As Alec pointed out it was a timeline issue. Just a memory lapse in the check boxes in the timeline.

I can’t fix this. @RickMath can you send me a screen shot of the timeline?

Go to the Timeline as the conference manager and check the boxes indicated in red.
