OJS passwords are stored hashed, so even if you’re able to get the password hash from the database, it’s not possible to turn that hash back into a plaintext password.

You cannot recover existing passwords. What you can do is reset the password to a new one in order to regain access, if you’ve lost or forgotten it. Use the forgotten password process, which is available from the OJS login form.

I am currently the administrator of the page and I have forgot the password (this project for the new journal was stopped for some weeks). I have used “Forgot your password?” link in the interface and have successfully changed my password. When I try to login then nothing happens.
Any suggestion?
I was able to login after clearing my cookies (using Firefox 61.0 64-bit on Windows 10)
