We are using OJS 3.3.0.3.
After creating “users (and related roles)” it is not possibile to access (no error message is displayed). To log-in we have to use the admin user/pass and then the user we have created.
Any ideas?

What roles was the user assigned when you created the account? And, to be clear: the user cannot login with any credentials at all - or is it that they can login and not see the dashboard?

Hmmm… this is peculiar. I’m not sure exactly what could be going on, that would cause this, but we’ll see about someone else trying to assist.

The “problem” was generated by a misunderstanding during the software setup and now, cleared the anomaly, it has been corrected by our IT area.
