User menu not showing in general administration viewq

Describe the issue or problem
User menu styling in Site Administration is off.

Steps I took leading up to the issue
For example:

Log in as site administrator
Click om “administration”
Within this section, the buttons “logout” and “edit profile” on the user menu are not visible

What application are you using?
Open Journal Systems 3.5.0.4.

Yes - that’s strange. Are you able to check your PHP error logs? that may provide more clues.

Thanks for your response. I had the IT dept look into php errors. Not much there, besides:

PHP message: PHP Warning: file_put_contents(/data/www/openjournals.maastrichtuniversity.nl/cache/opcache/a7/95/a7953448c57d6989f68a76d8dd234f06ec076721): Failed to open stream: Permission denied in /data/www/openjournals.maastrichtuniversity.nl/lib/pkp/lib/vendor/laravel/framework/src/Illuminate/Filesystem/Filesystem.php on line 204;

In the browser network stream I see this error:

The user menu only disrupted in the admin page. In other sections, the user menu looks fine.
