PKP has extensive documentation on how to install, configure, and use our software at PKP Docs.

Online training videos are available at PKP School. You just need to register for a free account to take the tutorials.

If you can’t find the information you need, search the forum, as someone else might have asked the same question. If don’t find anything, feel free to post your question. The more detail you can provide about the issues you’re having, the better.

I am interested in the tutorial but have little background in computer sciences. Can I register?

Yes, anyone can take the PKP School courses. It is free to register for a user account. Just click the Register button on the top left.

I have tried 3 times but the messages I receive are: Denied membership and pending.

I’m sorry you’re having trouble registering. Please send a message via the contact form for PKP School and someone will assist you. Please include:

  • the username you tried to register
  • the date you tried to register
  • the errors you saw
