Usage stats scheduled task error

Hi,

I have a file that usage stats is not able process.
[2019-07-03 10:11:45] [Erro] Cannot load record: submission file is not associated with a representation object.

What can I do?

If this issue still persists, could you kindly confirm the version of OJS/OMP you are using as well as which usage stats you are trying to run?

My ojs version is 3.1.1.2.
My usage stats version is 1.0.0.0

It’s happening with just one log file of a specific day.

Hi @pmangahis

I migrated my ojs from version 2 to 3 a year ago.
In my usageStats plugin folder GeoLiteCity.dat file was missing.
I was left without access location data for a year.
Now I’m reprocessing the files.
I picked up the oldest month without the location data to reprocess the files.

Now I do not have this error just in a file. But in all the files I tried to reprocess.
