I have noticed that the Usage Statistics plugin is turned of by default when you create new journals. Sometimes I forget this when creating a new journal and the result is missing statistics. Is there a way to change the settings so that it is turned on for all new journals?

edit: @bozana, another issue with this is that if you use Acron to run the statistics job AND the first call to Acron is from a journal that has the statistics plugin disabled, you will end up with:
