Uploading Theme Plugin Error

Hi,
I am using OJS 3.1.1.4 and have been trying to upload the Manuscript (Default child theme). Nevertheless, I receive the following error:

Hi @Samiullah_Sarwar,

What if you try to rename the file just defaultManuscript.tar.gz? Maybe that helps.
