I am in the process of uploading the back issues of our journal so they can be assigned DOIs. The authors, however, are automatically emailed when I do this, and it’s creating a panic. Is there an easier way to fully upload back issues to assign DOIs WITHOUT it emailing the authors? Thanks!
Use the GitHub - pkp/quickSubmit
After adding the articles, you will have to access the submission workflow, choose metadata > identifiers to add the DOI. Quicksubmit does not handle that,
