a query, we are dealing with version 3.0.2.0 of OJS, we are presented with the problem of not being able to upload images in Upload Submision File / Upload File / Select article component; it only allows us word or PDF, in fact in the file explorer it only displays those types of files and not PNG, JPG. And if I get to select it it returns an extension error message.

Are there any relevant errors in PHP logs?
Also, version 3.0.2 is quite outdated and has security issues. I suggest upgrading to the most recent one.
