Upload files in submission problem after upgrade from 3.2.1.1 to 3.3.0.6

We cant upload files in submission after upgrade from 3.2.1.1 to 3.3.0.6. I have right dir for files, rights are set to 777 for files dir. It shows error message “Slim application error” or “Invalid JSON response from server.” after chosing file. When i reach http://ojs.umb.sk/index.php/bu/api/v1/ it says {“error”:“api.404.endpointNotFound”,“errorMessage”:“Po\u017eadovan\u00e9 URL nebylo rozpozn\u00e1no.”}
Please help.

It shows error message “Slim application error”

OJS 3.3.0.6 is using some PHP7.4 syntax in parts of the code. Could you please confirm the PHP version of your server?

We use actualy 7.4.14 php database
