Hi, I am totally new to OJS. Need help. Our site is hacked (add back-links to index).
Now using “Open Journal Systems 2.4.4.1”.
Is there any way to make upgrade to latest version, but, to replace all files, not only files what are upgraded in new version?

Follow the “full package upgrade” process in the upgrade documentation. The only things you’ll need from your old installation are your database contents and files and public directories.
Be sure not to put your files directory in a place that’s directly web-accessible. That would potentially make your system vulnerable to attacks using malicious uploads and may explain how your system got compromised.
