Upgrade issues with DB - duplicate entry - review request

Hello @asmecher , when I insert these instructions I get an error. Any option? I am trying to update from 3.1.1.4 to 3.3.0.11.

Hi @Ppantaleo,

I’ve pulled your issue into a separate thread since it was an older post that you posted in. Can you clarify:

Are you getting this error once you’ve upgraded to 3.3.0-11? Or is it happening when you’re still at 3.3.1-4?

Hello @rcgillis , thank you for your reply. At the time of updating the database the error mentioned in the previous thread appears initially. Then, when applying the instructions said there, the error appears in the Database.

The error in upgrade is:

SQLSTATE[42S21]: Column already exists: 1060 Duplicate column name ‘email_id’ (SQL: ALTER TABLE email_templates_data ADD email_id BIGINT)

It happens when you try to upgrade to the version 3.3.0-11 as well as to version 3.3.0-10. From version 3.1.1.4.

I was never able to complete the database update.
