Upgrade from 3.0.0 to 3.0.2

I am using the simple “Example child them” and installed it under plugins/themes/default-child. Within the child theme directory, I added a java slideshow program (Camera slidesho). Everything worked before the upgrade.

Hi @Paul_Chen,

I’m not aware of any versioning issues between OJS 3.0.0 and 3.0.2 for that plugin (I presume you got it from https://github.com/NateWr/default-child) – @NateWr may know better. But note that this plugin doesn’t have any formal releases, and is intended more for sample code than for production use.

I see. Would you recommend a simple child theme that would be compatible with 3.0.2?

Looks like it is the child theme issue. I switched back to the default theme and modified a few files in the main program to include the slideshow I like to have. Hope this will not pose a problem to my future upgrade. Any suggestions?
