Upgrade from 2.4.8.5 to 3.1.2.1 failed with error Column 'review_round_id' cannot be null

Hello All.

I tried to Upgrade from 2.4.8.5 to 3.1.2.1 and i got the error at the end.

Any suggestion? I cannot see any table named article_files into the database.
