Errors occurred during upgradation:
i am upgrading my ojs-2.4.8-5 to 3.1.1, everything is fine but after upgrade admin pannel menue (Issue, setting, user & roles) not working. please help

Check your system requirements: If I remember well, OJS 3.x requires php 7.2 or grater (I recommend you move to 7.3).
Is possible to upgrade directly from 2.4.8-5 to 3.2.1-4 (or better stable-3.2.1 that include some extra security patches).
Remember that before any upgrade is MANDATORY making a backup of your OJS. Sometimes things go wild and you need a way to rollback.
