So after much ado, moving the install to a different server, making sure PHP and mysql are running the latest versions, and setting disable_path_info = On (before this we had a blank screen) we get all the way to clicking the Upgrade button, and then we get the error below:
Moved config, public and files out of the folder, replaced all files and moved them back in. No luck.

We are stumped. Can’t figure out what went wrong and had to revert to a previous backup.
Can someone point me in the right direction?
