Hello,
I am writing here because I have just tried to upgrade OJS from 3.1.2-4 to the latest 3.2
I have followed the instructions available in the UPGRADE.md file, and apparently the process went well.
However, when I rentered the website, it was a disaster 
In short:
- the published issues disappeared from the front end
- all the special characters are no more read
- on the admin, I get blank pages under Settings sections
- the Italian translation admin and front-end is completely assent
I am going to restore the previous installation from the backup, and I will keep retrying it. However, I wanted to inform you about this, asking maybe for some help or suggestions.
