Upgrade 2.4.6 - In email, new line do not start

I recently upgraded to 2.4.6. When Editorial decision is made, the text email do not start with new line even pressing enter. The same with the signature.

I am giving an example here;

Reviewer A:

The manuscript is an attempt to survey root-

this text when sent is received like this;
------------------------------------------------------ Reviewer A: ------------------------------------------------------ The manuscript is an attempt to survey root-

Same with the editorial signature

Name of Editor
Managing Editor,
Journal Name

When sent in email it is displayed as;

Name of Editor Managing Editor, Journal Name

I am sorry I was using Mandrill for my emails and that error was due to mandrill settings.

The error is now resolved.
