Upgrade 2.3.6 to 2.4.8-3 error

I’m trying to upgrade OJS 2.3.6 to 2.4.8-3

I used pacth file over ojs installed folder,
changed “installed option” on config.inc.php,
opened home page and click on upgrade option,
but received this error:

in C:\xampp\htdocs\Jsc\ojs\lib\pkp\includes\functions.inc.php on line 32

i didn’t find info about it on forum…

What is the rem plugin? I’m not familiar with it.

I don’t know, it was installed before me.
Is it possible need to upgrade plugin before OJS?

Hi @Preca,

That’s third-party code and I’m not sure what it does or where it came from; the error message is related to it. I’m afraid I can’t suggest a resolution without knowing more about it.
