hi i wanted to upgrade from ojs 3.3.0.8 to ojs 3.3.0.10. I edit the config.inc.php file and change “installed = On” to “installed = Off”. I go to the administrative panel to perform the automatic update and it tells me to downgrade to 3.3.0.5
i also cleared cache and all.
How is it possible?
if I bring on the entry of the file config.inc.php as you can see it says that I have the 3.3.0.8 and I have to update to 3.3.0.10
