Unwanted redirect in ojs

Hi,
sometimes i get wrong and unwanted redirect in ojs installation.

In this case
http://riviste.unimi.it/index.php/lanx/issue/archive
if you click on N° 1 (2008) (direct link http://riviste.unimi.it/index.php/lanx/issue/view/1 ) you are redirected to the current issue page .

I don’t have any error in error.log
Where can be the problem?

I am running ojs 2.3.6

Hi @marchitelli,

I suspect this is something that’s been fixed since OJS 2.3.6, which is quite old – I’d suggest testing on an upgraded copy to see if that resolves the issue first.

Hi @asmecher,
sorry for the typo; it is OJS 2.4.6!

If there are any patches, I’d prefere to apply them; at the moment a complete update is impossible for me.

Can you PM me a link to a database dump? That’s probably the fastest way to track it down.

Hi @marchitelli,

I’ve loaded the DB dump over here and tried it with the stock OJS 2.4.6 code, and the link to volume 1 number 1 works here; I’d suggest unpacking a test copy of OJS 2.4.6 with a clone of your database and seeing if that works. Maybe an unintentional modification crept in?
