How do I unenroll an editor? I have clicked ‘unenroll’ and nothing happens? I am the journal manager.
Try:
User Home → Journal Manager → Users Enrolled in this Journal → Editors → Unenroll (for the desired user).
You should expect to see a javascript confirmation “Unenroll this user?”, and the user should disappear from the list if confirmed.
I tried that. I don’t get any confirmation, and it doesn’t unenroll.
If you don’t see the confirmation, check your browser for javascript errors. If javascript is failing, this could explain what you are seeing.
