Hi, when I upload a new item it doesn’t end up in the unassigned tab.

It would be great if you could be a little more specific with your question.
Do the submissions go to the All active tab? You can check if the submission has been assigned to any section or journal editors automatically (this could happen if the section has an editor assigned).
Yes the submissions go to the All active tab and has not been assigned automatically to any editor. The submissions not go to the unassigned tab. The section has not an editor assigned. Could it be a section configuration problem?
