Unable to upload Graphics

Good day, everyone. Since I got OJS 3 installed, I have been unable to upload Logo and other graphic elements. I keep getting this message

Dear All, Greetings of the day!!! I am new to OJS3, i have installed OJS3 but when i am trying to upload any image to OJS3 through Website Settings, It shows “No file uploaded or invalid file type!”. I have checked the file permissions and it shows 755 to all files and folders. Any help appreciated.
